Pete Lizotte, Principal
Peter doesn’t mind when things go upside down — he can go without oxygen for longer than the average business consulting professional. An avid kayaker, Peter is at home in rapids, practicing the art of slowing down an intensely fast process by breaking it into smaller pieces and hitting decisive moves along the way. It’s no surprise, then, that he is also right at home at the helm of large projects that require sound decision-making that factors in not only the next rapid, but what lies around the bend.
Calm under pressure and armed with the ability to handle being buffeted on all sides served Peter well during his tenure at Accenture, as a manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, worldwide services manager at WebTrends, and every day as a principal of ACME Business Consulting.
Peter’s formal education includes a cum laude History degree from Santa Clara University and an international stint at the Institut fur Europaische Studien in Vienna, Austria, where he focused on international business and central European history. His professional experience is wide-ranging and includes deep involvement in merger integration methodology development, order management implementation, numerous telecom projects, several public utilities projects, and ERP and CRM systems implementations. Peter’s broad experience delivers ACME’s clients mature leadership and creative problem-solving, and his ability to navigate turbulent waters makes him a steady hand at directing projects.
