A good cause with better than good results
By streamlining the auction transaction process used at fundraising events, Auctionpay has helped improve and expand charitable giving. That’s a good thing. But it has also resulted in the self-fulfilling prophecy that rapid growth often creates: inability to keep up. Significant growth and additions to the product mix could not be supported by Auctionpay’s existing business infrastructure. Future growth was limited, as well. The white elephant in the room was how to smoothly transition business processes and systems from humble roots to a highly efficient mature organization. Evolution isn’t easy. After a good hard look at the elephant, Auctionpay called ACME. That call and subsequent discussions revealed the need to evolve Auctionpay’s business in several ways. The project team then developed a future vision of how the client’s entire enterprise would optimally function. The success and working chemistry of the early phases of Auctionpay’s business evolution led to an engagement with ACME working on Financial and CRM software selection as well as creating the complete project plan. The result of this collaborative, well-designed enterprise transition? Auctionpay is now on the path to higher productivity and expanded business potential – and, in turn, delivering great results for a growing customer base of nonprofits.
