The Portland-based firm jumped from 38th place to 13th, a gain of 25 points, in this year's ranking of "Best Places to Work" in the small businesses category. No stranger to doing things right and for the right reasons, ACME founders Scott Demorest, Peter Lizotte, and David Kelleher created their company with balance in mind.
